Online Store FAQ
Our custom online stores are great for sports teams, PTOs, and organizations wanting to remove the hassle from gathering orders. Let us build a store with products you want, designs you like, and options your parents/clients will LOVE - all while we take the headache away from you.
My team/school has an online store, when can I expect my items?
All online stores are on a pre-order basis. Your store organizer (often your coach, team parent, or organization liaison) gives us set dates for your online store to open and close. We open up the store for pre-orders and then close it on the date decided by your store organizer.
Once the store closes we are then able to gather the item totals, order items from our various retailers, and then we begin processing items in house with screen printing or embroidery. All items are made-to-order, which takes some time. However, our goal is to have items ready within one week of the pre-order session closing date.
Once items are ready for pick up, we let the store organizer know as well as send an email to you from our online system.
I think I want to do an online store, is my team/organization eligible?
Online stores are a great way for teams to get some gear (and fan gear) without the hassle of collecting orders one by one. Plus, if your team or organization is tax-exempt we are able to pass on the proceeds from the store to you for an added fundraising boost. Online stores are great for teams/organizations who have a lot of involvement and can expect at least one or two dozen items ordered. For smaller teams/organizations we do not recommend an online store.
I want to set up an online store, how do I proceed?
We’d love to help you set up your online store! First, give us a call at (325) 672-2322 or swing by the shop to tell us about what you’d like in your online store. Our artist, Ryan, will make your designs come to life while Tino and Kris will help you make product selections to fit your needs (we will also ensure that the items you want to offer are in stock and available).
From there, we will get you the best prices for you and your team (and help you set up your margins for a fundraiser). An open and close date will be decided for your online store (we recommend no longer than two weeks) and then we’ll get started building your online store with all your items and designs.
You’ll get a preview link to peruse before going live. Once you’re ready to go live, we’ll add your store to our heading line on our banner and get you a link for your team/parents/coaches/or fans to use to buy their new favorite swag!
